HOW TO GET RID OF HANGOVERS
THE HANGOVER EXPERIENCE: PREVENTION AND RECOVERY
During a night out with friends, I decided it would be a great idea to drink half a bottle of Goldschlager, (I always had a really high tolerance), which was followed by a couple of beers. the day following my night of binge drinking.
WHY IS MY HEAD POUNDING? WHY AM I NAUSEATED? WHY ME?
Dehydration can be a serious condition and should not be taken lightly. Just in the case of these individuals who need to be rescued, dehydration caused by alcohol consumption can be very serious, so you mustn't take it lightly.
HANGOVER PREVENTION...THE BEST THING TO DO BEFORE YOU EVEN START DRINKING!
If you are experiencing hangover after hangover, trying every "hangover cure" imaginable and yet you are still experiencing hangover symptoms, you should probably decide to not drink alcohol at all. . You should stop drinking immediately when you hit that point to prevent an inevitable hangover from getting worse. This is the whole point of this section. I remembered seeing "double" of everything. Instead of recognizing this, I continued to drink which made my condition and future hangover only worse. It consists of figuring out which drinks you absolutely cannot have.
IN THE MIDST OF A HANGOVER: THE MOMENT WHERE YOU WISH YOU DIDN'T DRINK SO MUCH!
Water is probably one of the most amazing substances. You may find that your body is too dehydrated to recover quickly from the water your body is allowing you to consume. Drinking orange juice will manually pump any extra alcohol in your stomach out through vomiting and will prevent your hangover from getting any worse. . This will hopefully help prevent your hangover. Most individuals experiencing hangovers will find that sleep, dark rooms and fresh air contribute significantly to a quick recovery from a hangover. With every step, I began to feel the unbelievably overwhelming urge to rush towards the bathroom.
FRIENDS ARE IMPORTANT...ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDST OF A HANGOVER
If not to make sure that you do in fact recover, they should be there to give you sympathy and compassion while you vomit all of the alcohol you drank, yesterday's dinner and lunch, and of course, to be your cheering corner when you are dry heaving. If you have a memory in your life where a friend tremendously helped you when you were drunk, you should also have a memory in your life where a friend stood by you during a hangover. While it may seem over the top to have a friend monitor you while you recover from a hangover, I cannot stress this enough that it is absolutely essential especially when you are recovering from an obviously high amount of alcohol consumption.
AFTER THE HANGOVER: THE SUN HAS COME OUT, BUT YOU CANNOT FORGET THE STORM!
Was it drinking excessive amounts of water before or after you fell asleep? Was it excessive sleeping combined with fresh air? You should figure out what worked to help you quickly recover from a hangover if you are to quickly recover from one in the future, (because you probably will have another one until you realize exactly how to prevent it within your body chemistry). You should ask yourself what you had to drink. There are very few people in the world that actually enjoy hangovers, (if there are any at all). Before the evening is over, these individuals will have forgotten they started their day with a hangover and or will binge drink again without addressing their earlier hangover symptoms.
