I wanted to offer some tips to stop snoring today. A lot of people don't know what to do to fix the problem at all. I believe the main reason that this has grown to be a problem for so many people is genuine ignorance. For some reason people just don't know anything about it. You're not taught in school what you're supposed to do about it. You're certainly not taught by your parents. There seems to be a total lack of conventional wisdom when it comes to this problem. A problem like obesity at least has solutions most people understand. I'm going to show you some tips to stop snoring today.
What a lot of people don't realize is that they can simply sleep on your side to avoid the problem. The reason being on your side works is that it forces loose tissue in the throat to the side of the throat. That opens up the airways and stops vibrations. The issue is keeping yourself on your side the entire night. What you can do is sew a tennis ball into the back of your t-shirt. This actually stops you from rolling onto your back in the middle of the night.
Another one of the tips to stop snoring is a jaw supporter. Typically your jaw becomes loose when you sleep. That actually puts a lot of pressure on the throat. When the throat experiences pressure, air has to travel at faster speeds through it, causing vibrations. The jaw supporter will allow the throat to open and stop snoring all together.

Herpes Simplex Virus - Is it Possible That I Have It?
By Maggie Turner
"I don't have herpes, I only get cold sores or fever blisters!" This common misconception may be a primary reason this dreaded disease is spreading at such alarming rates, worldwide.
The cold sores or fever blisters you suffer from are caused by a strain of the Herpes Simplex Virus I. Despite its technical name, there is nothing simple about treating the herpes virus. Herpes knows no age limits, nor racial, religious or social boundaries. The herpes virus can be easily transmitted by a kiss, or by contaminated objects such as toothbrushes, utensils, cups and wash cloths.
The best defense against cold sores begins with understanding this complex disease. Cold sores can be painful, annoying and embarrassing. While they are not dangerous in themselves, they can be spread around to other skin sites and to other people.
Other strains of the herpes virus are much more serious. The herpes virus that infects and transmits from the genital areas is known as Herpes Simplex Virus II. A recent study found in the New England Journal of Medicine reports that one in five Americans is infected with genital herpes, a painful and disheartening disease which greatly impairs relationships.
The Herpes Zoster Virus, better known as shingles, is caused by an outbreak of the latent chicken pox virus (varicella). This virus resides in sensory nerves along the spinal column until it becomes active. Severe pain occurs and ulcerated sores appear on the skin. Though the shingles sores may heal in two to three weeks, some patients experience crippling pain that can last for years.
Other diseases of the herpes group include chicken pox and mononucleosis. And recently, strains of the herpes virus have been implicated in such diseases as kaposi's sarcoma, multiple sclerosis and cervical cancer. This clever parasite has evolved to evade the body's complex immune system, thus ensuring its survival.
Even the best medical treatments have failed to rid human-kind of the herpes virus. Other anti-viral treatments may lead to resistant and perhaps more perilous strains of the virus. As you can see, this virus represents a serious challenge to the medical community and a health concern to the public at large.
Fortunately, when it comes to breakouts, Medavir, a pharmaceutical grade over-the-counter product, is meeting that challenge. Medavir was developed by scientists and tested by a team of physicians and scientists from America's top pharmaceutical companies. Medavir is not an herbal or dietary supplement often found on the internet falsely claiming to cure the herpes virus.

HOW TO GET RID OF HANGOVERS

HOW TO GET RID OF HANGOVERS
THE HANGOVER EXPERIENCE: PREVENTION AND RECOVERY
During a night out with friends, I decided it would be a great idea to drink half a bottle of Goldschlager, (I always had a really high tolerance), which was followed by a couple of beers. the day following my night of binge drinking.
WHY IS MY HEAD POUNDING? WHY AM I NAUSEATED? WHY ME?
Dehydration can be a serious condition and should not be taken lightly. Just in the case of these individuals who need to be rescued, dehydration caused by alcohol consumption can be very serious, so you mustn't take it lightly.
HANGOVER PREVENTION...THE BEST THING TO DO BEFORE YOU EVEN START DRINKING!
If you are experiencing hangover after hangover, trying every "hangover cure" imaginable and yet you are still experiencing hangover symptoms, you should probably decide to not drink alcohol at all. . You should stop drinking immediately when you hit that point to prevent an inevitable hangover from getting worse. This is the whole point of this section. I remembered seeing "double" of everything. Instead of recognizing this, I continued to drink which made my condition and future hangover only worse. It consists of figuring out which drinks you absolutely cannot have.
IN THE MIDST OF A HANGOVER: THE MOMENT WHERE YOU WISH YOU DIDN'T DRINK SO MUCH!
Water is probably one of the most amazing substances. You may find that your body is too dehydrated to recover quickly from the water your body is allowing you to consume. Drinking orange juice will manually pump any extra alcohol in your stomach out through vomiting and will prevent your hangover from getting any worse. . This will hopefully help prevent your hangover. Most individuals experiencing hangovers will find that sleep, dark rooms and fresh air contribute significantly to a quick recovery from a hangover. With every step, I began to feel the unbelievably overwhelming urge to rush towards the bathroom.
FRIENDS ARE IMPORTANT...ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDST OF A HANGOVER
If not to make sure that you do in fact recover, they should be there to give you sympathy and compassion while you vomit all of the alcohol you drank, yesterday's dinner and lunch, and of course, to be your cheering corner when you are dry heaving. If you have a memory in your life where a friend tremendously helped you when you were drunk, you should also have a memory in your life where a friend stood by you during a hangover. While it may seem over the top to have a friend monitor you while you recover from a hangover, I cannot stress this enough that it is absolutely essential especially when you are recovering from an obviously high amount of alcohol consumption.
AFTER THE HANGOVER: THE SUN HAS COME OUT, BUT YOU CANNOT FORGET THE STORM!
Was it drinking excessive amounts of water before or after you fell asleep? Was it excessive sleeping combined with fresh air? You should figure out what worked to help you quickly recover from a hangover if you are to quickly recover from one in the future, (because you probably will have another one until you realize exactly how to prevent it within your body chemistry). You should ask yourself what you had to drink. There are very few people in the world that actually enjoy hangovers, (if there are any at all). Before the evening is over, these individuals will have forgotten they started their day with a hangover and or will binge drink again without addressing their earlier hangover symptoms.

Things You Need To Know
by Andrew Stratton
A breast lump is a tissue growth inside your mammary glands. It can appear in any women at any age. In many, it evokes the fear of cancer. But, many swellings are benign and can be treated successfully. However, to consider one as benign, it should be tested by a physician. Before that, you should know the following facts about lumps.
What Are The Types?
Lumps can be fibrocystic ones, fibroadenomas, and cysts. Fibrocystic ones are common mainly during your reproductive years. They do not aggravate the risk of cancer. Fibroadenomas, also noncancerous, feel rubbery and are easily movable within your mammarian tissue.
The third type is cysts, which are fluid-filled sacs. You can get them drained by the doctor. If the removed fluid is greenish or clear and the lump disappears after draining, you don't need further treatment. With necessary medical tests your doctor can determine which type is it. If it is not possible, it is better to go for a biopsy or remove the cysts altogether.
Know The Causes:
If you have a lump on your chest, the cause may be one of the following:
* Sacs filled with milk that can turn into swellings * Breast cancer * Injury and the resultant collection of blood * A set of fatty tissues, and * A minor growth inside the milk duct.
Recognize The Symptoms:
If your mammaries lose their symmetry, the skin turns red, and you start feeling pain, these are the indications of swelling. You should also notice whether there is inversion of the nipples and over discharge from them.
Ways To Diagnose:
If you opt for regular mammograms and periodical check-ups by the doctor, and carry out self-exam, the swellings can be easily detected.
How Will I Do A Self-Exam?
For a self-exam, first, you should stand in front of a mirror. Then, look at your chest from the following angles: arms at your side, arms behind your head, and arms on hips. Next, you should lie down with a head support under your shoulder and feel your breasts with your hand. After that, you should also see whether there is any nipple discharge.
Go For Prevention:
The following simple methods can keep you away from the discomfort related to the swellings in your breasts:
* Avoiding caffeine and chocolate * Limiting fat and increasing fiber in the diet * Taking vitamin E, vitamin B complex, or evening primrose oil supplements * Exercising regularly * Reducing fat intake, and * Eating lot of fruits, vegetables, and other high fiber foods
Here Is The Treatment:
The treatment of breast lump varies according to the causes. Surgery is needed for the removal of solid swellings. Draining is used to treat cysts. Infections are handled by using antibiotics. If there is a diagnosis of cancer, surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, hormonal therapy, etc, are the options. So, it is important that you pay attention to the breast lump, detect them at the right time, and get them treated
